Dayna Del Val

Dayna Del Val, Director Dayna Del Val has been with The Arts Partnership since 2010. She writes a monthly column on the arts for The Forum as well as maintaining an active social media presence. She is currently board President of Arts North Dakota, a state-wide arts organization, as well as being appointed to the Art and Culture Commission for the City of Fargo. Additionally, she is a professional stage and commercial actor who can be seen and heard in local, regional and national ads. She is also a freelance writer; she currently writes the reflections section in Inspired Home magazine. Dayna lives in Fargo with her Plant Cell Wall Biochemist Irish husband and their exuberant golden retriever and looks forward to when their college-aged son is home on breaks.  

Tania Blanich

Tania Blanich is the grants and programs coordinator. Tania has spent her career in arts, non-profit, philanthropic and government administration. Her career began in public administration, working as an analyst for several New York City government agencies. She then transitioned to arts administration, serving as Director of the Program for Media Artists, a Rockefeller Foundation-funded program that supported media artists in the U.S. and Latin America. After working as Chief Operating Officer of LexArts, the local arts council and fund for the arts in Lexington, KY, she returned to the Metro to serve as Executive Director of the Rourke Art Museum. She’s pleased to be working with TAP to help build the capacity of our community’s arts organizations and artists. Tania earned her BA from the University of Michigan and her master’s degree from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is a native of Fargo, ND.

Chelsey Engelhard Ewen

Chelsey Engelhard Ewen started as Communications Coordinator at The Arts Partnership in October 2016 after interning at TAP in spring 2016. She writes weekly content highlighting TAP Partners for the Fargo Forum, has a radio show called "The Metro Arts Scene" on KFGO every Wednesday, maintains the TAP blog and produces the weekly TAP e-newsletter, "Connecting the Dots." In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, crocheting, traveling, and attending various arts events around the Fargo-Moorhead community. Chelsey lives in a teeny apartment in Fargo with her husband Mike and their plant Penelope.
