Artist Statement for “AmeriCam Purrphect”
The series “AmeriCAM Purrphect” is about a person called Cameron, Cam or sometimes CP Notorious. He expresses fragments of meaning in his life, reaching to find serenity within the chaos.
The made up Medium of “Cam-O-Types” is because in his perspective the pieces are not pure Monotypes or Monoprints, instead a combination of both.
