Partnership Application

Your application will be reviewed by TAP’s board of directors at the next scheduled meeting.

  • Please enter your name whether you're applying personally or on behalf of an organization.
  • Individual Artists: Provide a short artist bio that describes your artistic practice, genre and medium.
    Non-Profit Organization: Provide the organization's mission statement. If a non-arts-and-culture organization, how do the arts fit into your mission and programming.
    Businesses: Provide information about your arts programming or how art fits into your business.

  • Partnership dues are based in the following:

    Artists - the annual income you earn from your artistic practice
    Arts Non-Profits - the organization's annual operating budget
    Non-Arts Non-Profits - the annual operating budget for arts-related activities
    Businesses - total annual income from arts-related activities

  • Please submit the names and contact information (phone or email) of any additional contacts you would like associated with your organization.

  • 8. Payment of Partnership Dues

    In the event that you are not approved for Partnership, your payment will be refunded in full.
