42 FMVA Artist Works Highlighted in BIG Exhibition and Reception at West Acres

The Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists (FMVA) present a dynamic BIG Exhibition featuring 42 works by participating members, on display at West Acres Mall this spring. The show highlights a wide range of artistic media and approaches, offering visitors an engaging and diverse visual experience.

The exhibition includes work in oil, linocut, watercolor, tapestry, acrylic, encaustic, photography, collagraph, gunpowder on paper, relief print, acrylic on wood, ink, digital painting, linoleum cut, pastel, ceramic, collage, metal, polymer plate lithography, colored pencil, glass, mixed media, and charcoal. Together, these works reflect the breadth of talent and experimentation within the FMVA community.

A public reception will be held on May 14 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., providing an opportunity for visitors to meet the artists, learn about their processes, and engage in conversation about the work on display.

Throughout the exhibition, Artist Hosts will be available to welcome guests, answer questions, and serve as a resource for visitors. The BIG Exhibition invites the community to experience the vitality of local art in an accessible and interactive setting.
