The Great Community Potluck

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday on July 8, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Viking Ship Park (next to the Hjemkomst Center) in Moorhead, MN.
Hosted by the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County, this free community potluck encourages everyone to bring a dish that celebrates their cultural heritage.
The event will feature:
Cultural Food: Bring your favorite family recipe to share.
History: A presentation on the history of immigration by local historian Markus Krueger.
Entertainment: Live music and community celebration.
This HCSCC celebration of local diversity and American heritage is a free, family-friendly event.
