FM Opera presents: “Bon Appétit!” by Lee Hoiby

This delicious one-act opera, by composer Lee Hoiby, is a comedic take on a classic episode of Child’s popular television show but set to music! Local favorite, mezzo-soprano Holly Janz, (with Hong Liang Andre Ng on piano) stars as the flamboyant and beloved master chef, teaching the makings of a classic French chocolate cake – Le Gâteau au Chocolat L’Éminence Brune. The evening includes wine & dessert for you to enjoy right along with the performance! A delightful & tasty night out for everyone!
