FMCT’s annual Cocktail Fundraiser is going virtual this year

FARGO, ND – The Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre is thrilled to offer their annual cocktail fundraiser this year. FMCT is not a stranger to the hardships 2020 has brought, with their building being condemned due to unstable trusses and a debilitating pandemic keeping live, in-person theatre on an indefinite hold. Despite all that, FMCT is still here, creating with and for the community. With some creative thinking FMCT is still able to bring you their annual cocktail fundraiser. This fundraiser is going to look a little different this year, but a plus is you get to enjoy the entire evening from the comfort of your own home.

On October 24th FMCT will be hosting a virtual cocktail fundraiser where all the ingredients for fun are included. The night will consist of cocktails, drink-making tutorials from local bartenders, party games and prizes, and a virtual performance of CLUE: Stay-At-Home Version. To participate in the event, drink packages are available for purchase. Your drink package will include your party game and all the ingredients for both cocktails. Package holders will receive an email with instructions for viewing this virtual event. There is a package that will fit everyone’s needs. Package descriptions are below.

Mrs. White’s Wonders (can be mailed for those who live out of town)
$60 – 2 FMCT tumblers (no alcohol included)

Colonel Mustard’s Must Haves
 $60 – 1 serving of both cocktails

Mr. Green’s Get-Together
 $75 – 1 serving of both cocktails & 1 FMCT tumbler

Professor Plum’s Party
 $100 – 2 servings of both cocktails

Mrs. Peacock’s Palooza
 $130 – 2 servings of both cocktails & 2 FMCT tumblers

Miss Scarlet’s Sensation
$175 – 4 servings of both cocktails & an array of charcuterie

These uncertain times have pushed artists to create in different ways, and that is exactly what FMCT has done. FMCT guarantees this is an event our community has never seen. They are proud to produce theatrical opportunities and be able to offer this exciting event to the community.

Package pick-up will take place October 23rd from 2pm-7pm at their office location in The Exchange Building downtown. 502 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND. Masks required upon pick-up.
For one night only, October 24th, you can join FMCT for their annual cocktail fundraiser. In order to prepare the packages, packages are only available for purchase until October 19th. To purchase your package, go to fmct.org or call the box office at 701-235-6778.
