Minnesota State University—Moorhead will host its annual Winter Celebration of the Arts Friday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts.
MSUM student and faculty artists will showcase their talents in a variety of activities. Guests can stroll through the Center for the Arts and visit stations featuring live musical performances, poetry readings, film screenings, live painting, caroling, caricatures, a ceramics sale and student presentations. A fireworks display will conclude the evening.
“Unlike performances in the past, which were confined to the Hansen Theater, the programming committee for this year’s Winter Celebration wanted to encourage patrons to explore concurrent events throughout the Center for the Arts,” said Dean Earnest Lamb. “We thought it would be a fun and creative way to showcase the talents of our faculty and students in the College of Arts & Humanities.
A food and cash bar (beer & wine) and other beverages will be available. Masks are required indoors unless eating or drinking.
