1. Artist: Provide a short bio that describes your artistic practice, including genre and medium. 2. Arts Entity: Include the organization's mission statement. 3. Business: Provide information about your arts-related business or how the arts fit into your business. 4. Other: Describe your arts programming and how it fits into your overall mission
5. Partnership Categories*
Partnership dues are based on the following criteria:

Artists - Approximate annual income you earned from your artistic practice.
Arts Entities - Organization's annual operating budget.
Business and Other - Total annual income from arts-related activities only.
- Student rate (college/grad school) - $25/year
- Up to $24,999 - $60/year
- $25,000 - $49,999 - $125/year
- $50,000 - $124,999 - $185/year
- $125,000 - $199,999 - $250/year
- $200,000 - $299,999 - $375/year
- $300,000 or more - $500/year

Do you currently belong to an arts organization or business that is already a Primary Artist Partner? If so, you are eligible for a $30 discount off dues above $100. Please list the Partner:
You will be refunded the $30 once we have confirmed the arts organization or business is a current Primary Artist Partner with The Arts Partnership.

8. Payment of Partnership Dues
In the event that you are not approved for Partnership, your payment will be refunded in full.
