10th Anniversary “Let Music Live!” by FMGMC

May 5 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$15

Come join us at our 10th Anniversary Concert “Let Music Live!”. Our very first concert was 10 years ago in April 2014. We are celebrating by sharing some of our favorites from past concerts, as well as a few new ones that we felt would fit very well for this concert. St John Lutheran has been generous enough to host our concert once again in their beautiful sanctuary, and stay after the concert when we’ll be serving up a free will offering dinner of delicious tacos made by our Artistic Director Angel Lira, so you know you’ll enjoy every bite! It is going to be on Cinco de Mayo after all. 😁 We’ll have pieces with the whole chorus, our small group is going to do a few pieces including one composed by our Principal Accompanist Jared Hoeft with lyrics by one of our past members D. Orlin Henderson, Jared and Amanda Hoeft will present another of Jared’s compositions for piano, flute, and marimba. We’re even going to be joined by a special guest soloist, the incomparable Lisa Kornkven! The Amazing Miss Kitty will be joining us as Emcee, which is very fitting since they were singing with us at that first concert too. You won’t want to miss it!! Tickets for the performance will be $15 at the door, and the dinner will be a free will offering fundraiser. Hope to see you all there!!
