FM Ballet Auditions – Wizard of Oz

Open auditions for our 2024 Fall production of “Wizard of Oz” will take place on
Thursday, August 1, 2024
5:30pm – 6:30pm | Ages 6 – 10
6:30pm – 7:30pm | Ages 11 – 15
7:30pm – 8:30pm | Ages 16 – Adult
Gasper’s School of Dance (home of the FMBallet)

All area dancers that are ages 6 – adult are welcome to audition.
PRIOR TO AUDITIONS
Please fill out the following
FEMALE AUDITION ATTIRE
  • Black Leotard
  • Pink or Skintone Tights
  • Ballet Slippers & Pointe shoes (if en pointe)
  • Short black skirt (optional)
  • Hair must be pulled back in a neat ballet bun.
MALE ATTIRE
  • Black t-shirt or tank top
  • Black ballet tights or bike shorts
  • Black ballet slippers

COMMITMENT
Casted dancers are required to:
  • Attend all rehearsals you are required to be at.
  • Available for dress rehearsal and production
  • This production should be your main commitment. If you are accepted in the production, and you choose to participate in additional extracurricular activities, this FMBallet rehearsals and production dates should be written down as your conflicts for that activity.
