A NEW installation of ND Wooly Girls as the Artists in Residence for July and August at Gallery 4. They’ve been working hard with many new pieces on display and for sale. The ND Wooly Girls is a team consisting of artists: Janet Jacobson and Diane Schill.
The North Dakota Wooly Girls was established in 1995. It is the state’s oldest operating woolen mill. Over the years, their product line has expanded from quilt batts and comforters to a line of classic wool vests, warm and cozy hats and mittens, home accessories, decorator throw pillows, table runners, tea cozies, french press cozies, and wall hangings all made from the wool of our own sheep. They are always looking for new ways to create art with fiber. They have marketed their products around the region and across the nation and have even sold mittens in Norway.
Enjoy refreshments and treats. Meet the artists and check out the work of all the other talented artists exhibiting in the Gallery 4 space. All are invited and welcome.
Gallery 4 is an artist cooperative gallery, celebrating 50 years in 2025 and currently showcasing more than 50 local and regional artists. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.
