Bon Voyage: Titanic’s Final Meal

Join HCSCC Staff and Sam Wai as they create some of the final dishes served on the RMS Titanic. Meals on the Titanic for the First and Second Class drew heavy inspiration from Chef Auguste Escoffier, Head Chef for many of the Ritz hotels dotted across Europe and designer of the ship’s kitchen. While no exact recipes remained, some menus survived the sinking in the pockets of some passengers. Local wine and culinary expert Sam Wai has crafted a menu that draws from these sources and fits a modern palette.
