FM Quilters Guild Spring Retreat

HOURS – The doors to the retreat will open at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 6th. You will be able to sew until 11:45pm Friday and Saturday, and until 4:00pm on Sunday.

COST – The cost for the retreat is $120.00 for members and $155.00 for non-members for the entire weekend.

LODGING – Hotel rooms will be available at a negotiated rate of $140 for 1 King Bed (includes sofa bed) or $160 for 2 queen beds (includes sofa bed) if you mention the Fargo Moorhead Quilters Retreat 2026 when you call for reservations. The rate is good at both the DoubleTree by Hilton 701-551-0120 or Homewood Suites by Hilton 701-551-5800. Please make reservations on or before the cutoff day of February 10th, 2026. The rates are good for the night of March 5th if you want to arrive the night before.

FOOD – Box lunches on Saturday are included with registration. Menu options will be sent to registrants closer to the retreat date. All other meals will be on your own. For your convenience there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, or there are many other local restaurant options in the area. Coffee, water and snacks will be provided.

SEATING – Each participant is allocated a 6’ table for their work space. If you would like to sit near friends, please list their names below. We will try our best to accommodate requests.

REGISTRATION – Early registration for members will be accepted at the Holiday Luncheon. Registration opens on the website December 1st, 2025. The registration fee is non-refundable but is transferrable to another person. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be given. You may mail your registration form and fee to Fargo Moorhead Quilters, Attn: Retreat Registration, PO Box 2662, Fargo, ND 58108. Make checks payable to Fargo Moorhead Quilters. Registration will be on a first come basis and will be confirmed by email or phone. Questions?
