The Moorhead Farmers Market is a great place to Get Fresh and Go Local. On Tuesdays, June to September, the market offers fresh vegetables, fruit, baked goods, honey, jams, pet products, and hand-crafted artisan goods.
The market takes place downtown at the Hjemkomst Center Parking Lot, at 202 1st Ave N. Enjoy live, local Music at the Market from 4-6 pm. Stick around for free museum entry courtesy of the Historical Cultural Society of Clay County after 5 pm and canoe, kayak and Hydrobike rentals 4-8 pm! Bring your skateboard and take advantage of the Hjemkomst Landing DIY skatepark while you’re here.
SNAP Benefits are accepted and tripled when claimed at the Moorhead Farmers Market! $10 in SNAP dollars get you $30 in tokens to spend on fresh market foods courtesy of Hunger Solutions of Minnesota. The Moorhead Farmers Market is also newly S/FMNP-authorized to serve WIC participants and low-income seniors.
Thanks to West Central Initiative, Power of Produce Clubs are back at the Moorhead Farmers Market! Kids 4-12 and adults 55 and over can sign up for the PoP and PoP+ Clubs.
