Heat things up. Eliminate toxins and distractions with THAW – Jasper Hotel & YUJ Yoga’s guided breathing and aromatherapy sauna experience.
THAW is a 60-minute guided sauna experience that uses light aromatherapy to release tension and inflammation that forms over the cold winter months.
Each experience includes 30 minutes of guided breath work followed by open sauna time. Everyone will be given a locker, towels, water, and robes for additional comfort. Private shower rooms may be used to cool off after class is complete.
We ask that you come hydrated and prepared to sweat. You can take breaks as often or as little as you’d like. No experience is required.
Any clothing preference is welcome, but at least swimsuits are required.
Class starts at 10am in the 5th floor fitness center. Enter through Jasper’s Broadway entrance and make sure to register in advance.
